GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
(Cancellation conditions not stand up for online booking via our website)

Booking by CREDIT CARD
- Amount of the first night, will be taken from the credit card for Cancellation done under 48H before the arrival.
- Totality amount of the stay, will be taken from the credit card for Cancellation done under 24H before the arrival

Booking by DEPOSIT
In case of a written cancellation, the hotel, will refund the amount of the deposit done as follow :

- 70% : cancellation done under 30 days before the arrival

- 50% : cancellation done under 15 days before the arrival

- 30% : cancellation done under 10 days before the arrival

- 10% : cancellation done under 3 days before the arrival

All the No-show will be invoiced,
Without manifestation of the customer room will be directly cancel,
and we do not refund deposit given
